With a career that spans from the Yorke Arms, Ramsgill in Nidderdale, under Frances Atkins to Smiths of Smithfield to RAC Club, Pall Mall, Ellie has recently returned from a well earned two years travelling the world with her fiancé Jack, to set up The Fox Hole.
Proprietor & Front of House
Originally from Hampshire, his early career started out in local pubs but quickly took him to London managing the bars of restaurants such as Tom Aiken’s Somerset House, Smiths of Smithfield and Searcy’s Gin Joint.
